GO GLOBAL LLC ("Go Global", "we") organises conventions and trade shows, provides travel agency services, data processing and hosting, web portals, information services, advertising, media placement, market research, design, photography, professional services and rental of sports and recreational goods. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Travellers
Names, passport details, dates of birth, contacts and travel preferences, shared with airlines, hotels and fair organisers only to make bookings. Some recipients are outside Ukraine; we use them only as needed for your trip.
3. Rental customers
Identity data, contacts and deposits.
4. Photos
Event photos are taken for clients; people are photographed with consent or as allowed at public events.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, consent, legal obligations, legitimate interests (service quality).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
